On September 27, 2023, Aiven will switch status page provider away from Atlassian and have selected Incident.io as a suitable replacement. Since we already use Incident.io for internal incident management, this makes it an ideal choice fitting perfectly into our current incident workflows.
This transition is being made to improve tooling for our incident management teams, with the aim of improving communication and enhancing our customers’ experience using the services we offer.
This change we expect to be completed within 1 hour and will provide updates of this via our status page at https://status.aiven.io/. Please let us know if you have any concerns or queries regarding this change.
Email subscribers of our current status page will be transferred automatically once this maintenance completes.
However, this will impact to customers relying directly on our status page Slack, SMS, Atom or RSS feeds, where the following changes will occur:
- Slack feed needs to be re-subscribed from the status page after the switchover
- SMS will not be supported anymore
- RSS feed needs to be re-subscribed from the status page after the switchover
- Atom feed need to be re-subscribed from the status page after the switchover
