Can't Connect Using MySQL Workbench

Hi,

I copy and paste all the information provided but can’t connect with MySQL Workbench. I have no clue and cant get proper answer from the similar topic post.

The server indeed is running and I have tried to off and turn on again but no magic.

Somehow it suddenly able to connect, so I think the solution is just wait about 30 minutes after the service is created
