We proactively monitor all services 24/7/365. Our personnel are automatically alerted to any service anomalies for immediate resolution. Additionally, your account includes email and chat support. What’s included in the free Aiven for Caching plan?

The free Aiven for Caching plan comes with the following specification: Single node 1 CPU 1GB RAM Maxmemory set to 50% Easy management via our web console, CLI, API, Terraform provider, or Kubernetes operator Out-of-the-box monitoring (metrics and logs) Backups Community support However, some Aiven platform functionality is not available: No VPC peering, service integrations, or forking Only community support No 99.99% SLA Only Digital Ocean Only one service per service type per user and organization

What is the difference between the Aiven free plans and the Aiven free trial?

The free plans are limited in size but can be run indefinitely free of charge. The full platform free trial gives you $300 of credit for 30 days that you can use on any service types and plan sizes. You can run free services alongside your trial, they will not impact your trial credits and will continue to run after the trial has expired.
