Inspite of entering all the details correctly it is showing
Also I have checked the ip filter which is open to all. I also tried by disabling my Windows Firewall but it didn’t work.

Hi @D_Srinath just wanted to check if this is working for you now.
Apologies for the delay in responding, but when setting up the initial DB it can take a while for the routing to be setup and can give this exact issue. Normally I think 30 minutes will do the job to be sure to have the connection ready to be able to connect to.
Can you let me know if this is still an issue?

I was using my institute network which was blocking the connection. I have tried with VPN and it is working. Thanks for checking in!!
