Its keep getting failed, as I have entered the information of host, username and password and ssl ca file still when I am hitting test connection its giving me error.
Like unable to create connection.

Could you try following the instructions at
[ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘**********.aivencloud.com’ (115)] - #2 by aiven_angie to connect without the use of MySQL Workbench and see if that works? If so, then it’s probably a mis-copy/pasta somewhere (a screenshot of your connection settings might be helpful to troubleshoot further). If that doesn’t work either, then there’s some other issue we might need to dig more into.
I am doing all the steps correctly but it’s showing unable to connect to localhost

I am not a mysql expert but I do know that it can take a bit of time for the connection url to be able to be connected to once the service is created.
From your error it looks like it thinks the url is localhost so I am wondering if there was a dns/routing issue with the name.
