This is not an official answer, but I think the answer is “no, because the backups provided are for disaster recovery (see ‘Compare plans’ lower down), and it’s not a disaster, it’s something you did by mistake”. Point-in-time recovery is a feature of the $75/month Startup plan and higher.
@GreenReaper is, unfortunately, correct. (Thanks btw for the assist!) I’m so sorry, @Santosh_Ashtaputra … we’ve all been there with forgetting a WHERE clause.
