I created my Aiven database server last night and it was working just fine. Now in the morning I was tried to open it, its not opening and show this message.
Hi @Yuneeb_Ashraf - welcome to the community. I’d suggest going through each of the points in order:
1, 2: Does the MySQL service overview page show that the server is running (not off) active at that specific host and port? And is that the right way to enter the host and port? (The error “Unable to connect to localhost” suggests to me that either you/workbench are actually trying to connect to localhost at some point, or Aiven is at the other end.)
3: Did you impose an IP restriction on access to the server? Bear in mind that your own IP address may change within a range or several ranges, depending on your ISP.
4: Are you using the correct password for the account, which can be revealed on the status page, and entering it in the right field (without extraneous characters or spaces)?
