Redesigned Aiven for ClickHouse^® Integrations page in Aiven Console

The Data sources section has been added to the Aiven for ClickHouse Integrations page. The new section allows you to create three types of data source integration: Apache Kafka® databases, PostgreSQL® databases, and ClickHouse® credentials.
