Conditional enablement of Apache Kafka SASL mechanisms

Aiven for Apache Kafka® now allows you to individually enable or disable SASL mechanisms (PLAIN, SCRAM-SHA-256, SCRAM-SHA-512) using the kafka_sasl_mechanisms advanced configuration. By default, all mechanisms are enabled. Configure these settings only if you need to disable specific mechanisms.
