Aiven for Apache Kafka now has versions 1.0.2, 1.1.1 and 2.0.0 available

As a new feature it's also now possible to choose the Kafka major version to use. Aiven for Apache Kafka services get minor version upgrades while the major version stays fixed. Upgrading to a newer major version is possible by going to your Aiven for Apache Kafka service's dashboard and clicking on the 'Upgrade Kafka...' button.
