Karapace upgraded to version 6.2.3

Karapace version 6.2.3 is now available for Aiven for Apache Kafka®. The REST Proxy now supports Kafka message headers and can authenticate to Schema Registry using both JWT and basic authentication. This version also fixes a Protobuf parsing issue.
