Aiven Provider for Terraform version 4.25.0 now available

This version supports setting a description and owner group for a Kafka topic. Other additions in this release include:

• prefix_path_depth attribtue to kafka_user_config.kafka_connect_secret_providers.vault
• backup_hour and backup_minute to redis_user_config and valkey_user_config
• user configuration options for external_s3, external_clickhouse, and external_mysql integration endpoint types
