Choose your Aiven for Grafana® major version

Aiven for Grafana® now supports multiple Grafana major versions running concurrently in the platform. You choose the major version your service runs, and Aiven applies minor and patch updates to it during your service's maintenance window.

Aiven supports two major versions at a time: the latest version that is stable on the Aiven Platform, and the previous major version, which continues to receive patch updates. You can select a version when you create a service, and upgrade an existing service from the Aiven Console, CLI, API, Terraform provider, or Kubernetes Operator. Downgrading to an earlier version is not supported.
