Aiven Provider for Terraform version 4.63.0 now available

This release brings MySQL-style grants to more service user resources, and expands OpenTelemetry and Valkey configuration options.

Highlights for this release:

• Aiven for Kafka, MySQL, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and Valkey user resources and data sources now expose a mysql_grants field for managing MySQL grants on the service user.
• New OpenTelemetry integration endpoint options, filter_measurements and override_measurements, give finer control over which metrics are exported to a destination.
• Aiven for Valkey adds active defragmentation tuning fields, valkey_active_defrag_ignore_bytes and valkey_active_defrag_threshold_lower, to control when defragmentation kicks in.
• A new alert_triage_kafka service integration type is now supported.
