Set the Karapace version on Aiven for Apache Kafka®

You can set which Karapace version your Aiven for Apache Kafka® service runs, so you can test compatibility, control upgrades, or roll back to a supported version. If you do not set a version, the service uses the latest Karapace version available through maintenance updates.
