Aiven Provider for Terraform version 4.65.0 now available

This release adds a Kafka Connect custom plugin file resource, a service first-use timestamp, and a new access permission.

Highlights for this release:

• New aiven_kafka_connect_custom_plugin_file resource.
• The aiven_service_list data source adds services.first_use_time, the timestamp when a service was first used.
• New file_sha256 field on aiven_flink_jar_application_version that triggers replacement when the local jar changes.
