Introducing the PgBouncer max_prepared_statements advanced configuration option

The PgBouncer max_prepared_statements option is now available in the Aiven for PostgreSQL® advanced configuration. When this option is set to a non-zero value, PgBouncer tracks commands related to protocol-level named prepared statements sent by the client in transaction and statement pooling modes.
