Controlled upgrade pipeline is now generally available

Controlled upgrade pipelines are now generally available. Link services of the same type in an ordered sequence, so you can validate a maintenance update in a lower environment, such as staging, before it reaches production.

This feature is included with the Advanced or Premium support tier. Manage upgrade pipelines using the Aiven CLI, API, Terraform provider, or Kubernetes operator. Console support isn't available yet.
