We’re a global team of over 400 people, working together to push the boundaries of open-source technology and multi-cloud solutions. Our vision is to help developers, builders, and creators bring their ideas to life with speed and simplicity. Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our team, based in Cork, who shares our passion for forward-thinking and innovative approaches.
You will be a pivotal figure in attracting and connecting with the best talent in the market, with a focus on hiring for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. As part of a lean and high-impact team though, you'll have the opportunity to take on roles in other functions, as well as shape our hiring strategy and iteratively improve the hiring machine.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: Act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, guiding them through the entire hiring process from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating and closing offers.
- Focus on attracting top talent: You will be the primary recruiter for hiring managers in an international function, with a keen understanding of the local talent markets and the ability to find and engage with passive candidates.
- Source and pipeline a diverse pool of candidates: Get creative with your sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier professionals. You'll build and nurture pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, leveraging platforms beyond LinkedIn.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience: Be a brand ambassador for Aiven, ensuring every candidate has a positive, transparent, and engaging experience from their first touchpoint to their last.
- Collaborate and share knowledge: As part of a small, lean team, you’ll share your expertise with other Talent Partners and hiring managers, advising on market trends, compensation, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring for a variety of roles within a fast-paced tech company.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting: You have a strong understanding of hiring for Sales roles, or a background of various business functions and can effectively communicate with and evaluate candidates for diverse roles across an organisation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: You are a trusted advisor to hiring managers and an empathetic and transparent point of contact for candidates.
- A collaborative and autonomous mindset: You thrive in a lean team, can manage conflicting priorities, and are comfortable working with ambiguity and minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is a must.
