I am looking at a solution to set up Redis with multi-region replica’s, is that something which is possible with aiven. As far I read it in the documentation this is not the case.
If I am something please refer me to the closest resource.

Multi-region read replicas for Redis are not currently on our product roadmap, but we’ve let product management know about this request.

Agreed! Also to note that Very Soon Now™ 
we will be launching a public roadmap and ideation space for Aiven which will be perfect place to log feature requests such as these!
