i created a free redis db and i can use it fine from nodejs, however i use redis desktop app to check sometimes so i tried to connect to my redis db but i cannot

Our Redis services come ssl enabled by default, so our team suggests you check ssl!

I have disabled SSL from my service but it is still not working.
Connection is being timed out.
