Change your email address

You can't change your login email address directly. Instead, you can create a user with the new email address and remove the user with the old email address.

You must be an organization admin to do this. Aiven support cannot change your email address.

1. In the organization, click Admin.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Invite users.
4. Enter the new email address.
5. Click Invite users.
6. Remove the old user from all groups and add the new user to those groups.
7. Optional: Update the new user's permissions.
8. After the user accepts the invite and you confirm that they have the correct access, remove the old user from the organization.
